The Fennel With a tight interior budget constraint, this 3-bedroom apartment unit was designed and fitted to allow basic furniture, soft furnishings and a kitchen for the purpose of short term rental. The initial 2 x 1m sized enclosed kitchen space was redesigned to maximize space for the living and dining areas. The built-ins are made from salvaged recycled materials where most off cuts were repurposed and creatively designed to not only be compact and space saving, but offers a dual function use and flexibility.
